Lic Hfl Vidyadhan Scholarship 2019/2020
The Lic Hfl Vidyadhan Scholarship was designed to support the education of underprivileged students in India. The scholarship aims the low-income earning students who are in the process of completing their studies from Class 8 to post-graduation. Recipients of the award will get up to INR 30,000, depending on their level of education.
Lic Hfl Vidyadhan Scholarship for Graduation
The Lic HFL Scholarship for Graduation is available for students enrolled in graduation or post-graduation program in an accredited college or university in India. The postgraduate scholarship is not open to students who are in the final year of their graduate program. Applicants for this scholarship must have scored at least 65% in the Class 12 board examination and must have a family income less than INR 3,00,000 (3 lakhs) per annum.
Eligibility for the Lic Hfl Vidyadhan Scholarship
Applicants for the Lic Hfl Vidyadhan Scholarship must satisfy the following conditions before being considered:
Applicants must be students enrolled in Class 8, 9 10, 11/12, or under ITI/Diploma/Polytechnic programmes at any accredited institution in India.
Applicants must have scored at the minimum 65% marks in their previous class.
The family income of the applicant must be less than INR 3,00,000 (3 lakhs) per annum.

Benefits of the Lic Hfl Vidyadhan Scholarship
The Lic Hfl Vidyadhan Scholarship Amount is distributed based on the recipient’s grade:
Recipients in class 8 – 10 students are awarded INR 10,000
Recipients who have passed Class 10 are awarded INR 15,000
Recipients in the Graduation program are awarded INR 20,000
Recipients in the Post-Graduation program are awarded INR 30,000
Selection Criteria
Recipients of the scholarship are selected based on merit and financial Need
Students supported by single parents, orphans, students with critically/terminally parents, and students from families with job-loss of earning member in the last 12 months are given special consideration
Scholarship Last Date
Applicants are expected to have applied before June 2020.
Vidyadhan Scholarship Program
Vidyadhan Scholarship Program from Sarojini Damodaran Foundation is made for college students from economically challenged families. The scholarship is strictly awarded based on scholarship merit to students who have completed 10th grade
Awardees will enjoy a two-year scholarship from the Foundation, and If they continue to do well, they will be given scholarships for pursuing any degree course of their interest. The scholarship amount for graduation courses varies from Rs 10,000 to Rs 60,000 per year, depending on the state, course, duration, etc. The selected students will be required to attend the mentoring programs from the Foundation.
